Purchase Agreement

The Purchase Agreement represents an offer to purchase a home initiated by the buyers.   An offer to Purchase is not accepted until both the buyers and the sellers have agreed in writing to all terms of the offer.  The seller may counter offer the purchase agreement and the buyer may counter offer the seller until both parties have agreed in writing.  There are specific rights and responsibilities detailed in the agreement that read and discussed with your agent prior to signing this document.  This form meets the requirements of the South Dakota Real Estate Commission.
